The residence
A place designed for students
Dama Bianca is a residence reserved for enrolled university students. It stands between Via Dama Bianca and Via Malvizzi, in a quiet area away from the city centre traffic.
Every floor has a shared kitchen and a laundry room. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the study room and the library. The building has a lift, a reception desk and video surveillance.

How to book
From request to room, in four steps
For the academic year, from 1 October to 31 July. The residence is reserved for enrolled university students.

Check availability, choose a single or double room and fill in the online form. You pay nothing.

We check your details
We check your details and your university enrolment. We reply by email.

Confirm and pay online
With the confirmation you get access to the student area. You accept the terms and pay the down payment and security deposit by card, SEPA or bank transfer.

You move in
You receive your assigned room. Instalments are paid monthly, in advance, by the 1st. You can set up automatic payments.

Answers to common questions
Who can stay at the residence?
During the academic year the residence is reserved for enrolled university students. We check your enrolment before confirming the booking.
How long is the rental?
For the academic year, from 1 October to 31 July: 10 months.
Can I choose my room?
You can choose the room type, single or double. The room itself is assigned by the residence.
What is included in the rent?
Electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, cleaning of your room and of the shared areas, laundry.
How do I pay?
Online from the student area, by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer. On confirmation you pay the down payment and the security deposit, returned 8 days after you hand back the room. The rent is paid in monthly instalments in advance, by the 1st of each month, also with automatic payments.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, air conditioning is available for an extra charge. Ask us about the conditions when you send your request.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available at the residence. Ask us about availability.
Can parents contact you too?
Of course. You can write to us using the contact form. In the booking request you can name a parent as the payer.
